Cut, shape and styling
For women’s, men’s and children’s haircuts, the focus is on shape, growth direction and everyday practicality. We ask how you normally wear your hair and how much styling time you want to allow in the morning.
A photograph can be a helpful starting point for the conversation. The finished result, however, is always adapted to your own hair, proportions and natural movement.
Colour with a realistic step-by-step plan
Your starting colour, previous colouring and the condition of your hair determine what can responsibly be achieved in one visit. A gradual approach can be the better choice, especially when lightening.
Before starting, we discuss the colour goal, roots, lengths, care and the likely rhythm for refreshing the result.
Length and fullness
Hair extensions and hair thickening require a precise match of colour and texture. The amount and placement should suit both your natural hair and the style you want.
The consultation also covers how the hair will feel to wear, follow-up appointments, home care and whether your natural hair is suitable for the proposed method.
Wigs and discreet selection
We deliberately reserve enough time for a wig consultation. Shape, colour, material, fit and care are discussed in a calm setting.
We do not make blanket promises about medical or insurance matters. Please check the requirements for possible reimbursement directly with the responsible insurer or advisory body.
What should I include in my request?
It helps to tell us the service you want, a preferred day or time frame and at least one way to contact you. For larger changes, briefly describe your starting point and goal.
An online request is non-binding. An appointment is only agreed once we have confirmed it personally.
