A wig is not chosen by colour or hairstyle alone. Fit, material, hairline, weight, care and your daily life all influence which model feels right. We take time to discuss these points clearly and without blanket promises.
Please state clearly that you would like a wig consultation when contacting us. This allows enough time and avoids fitting the conversation between two short services.
You may bring a trusted companion. Tell us about any particular timing or organisational needs in advance where possible.
We discuss the desired length, shape, colour, how often you expect to wear the wig and your styling habits. Photographs of your previous hairstyle may help if you want to recreate a familiar look.
If you already have a model, head covering or medical or insurance paperwork, bring it to the appointment if relevant.
Different materials have their own qualities in appearance, weight, styling and care. We explain the relevant differences within the available selection.
The fit is checked on your head. Pressure points, security, the hairline and freedom of movement matter more than a size label alone.
Depending on its construction, a model can be adapted around the outline and styling to suit your face and preferred effect. Not every change is possible with every material.
Before cutting, we agree exactly what should change. Length removed from the model cannot simply be restored.
Care follows the material and manufacturer’s instructions. We explain how often to clean it, which temperatures are suitable and how to dry the model without losing its shape.
Appropriate storage and careful handling of friction and heat help support its shape and useful life. They do not create a fixed durability guarantee.
